AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 49, Chapter 7, relative to the Board of Trustees of the Baccalaureate Education System Trust Fund Program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-219(a), is amended by deleting item (22) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, 4-29-225(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Board of Trustees of the Baccalaureate Education System Trust Fund Program, created by Section 49-7-804;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
