AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 11 and Title 4, Chapter 29, relative to the presidential landmark commission.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-218(a), is amended by deleting item (10) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-11-301 through Section 4-11-305, is amended by deleting such sections in their entirety.

SECTION 3. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-11-306, is amended by transferring such section to Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 11, Part 2, and by renumbering such section appropriately.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
