AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 70-2-104(a)(3) to permit a resident of Tennessee who is permanently restricted to a wheelchair to purchase a permanent sport combination hunting and fishing license.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 70-2-104(a)(3) is amended by adding the words "combination hunting and" between the words "sport" and "fishing" in the first sentence.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on March 1, 1999, the public welfare requiring it.
