AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-5-806, relative to the filing of property maps.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-5-806(b), is amended by deleting the word "microfilmed" in the second sentence.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-5-806(b), is further amended by adding the following language:

The copy or reproduction must use a format and storage medium approved by the Director of the Division of Property Assessments.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect on becoming law, the public welfare requiring it.
