AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-6-303, relative to the tax exemption for motor vehicles purchased by certain members of the armed forces.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-6-303(a)(1), is amended by deleting the period (.) at the end of subdivision (B) and by substituting instead the character and word "; and".

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-6-303(a)(1), is further amended by adding the following as a new, appropriately designated subdivision:

(C) An air force base engineering development center located entirely within this state.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
