AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 65, Chapter 3, Part 2, relative to the inspection and supervision of railroads.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 65, Chapter 3, Part 2, is amended by adding the following new section to be appropriately designated:

Section ___. The inspection, control and supervision fees generated by this part shall be used only to support railroad-related programs administered by the Department of Transportation and assessment functions performed by the Comptroller of the Treasury under Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 13.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
