AN ACT To urge the Tennessee Department of Transportation to complete its study of the Highway 100 Project.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Department of Transportation is hereby strongly urged to complete the analysis of the advanced planning report on the Highway 100 Project from Centerville in Hickman County to Davidson County and to begin the environmental studies and preliminary engineering on such project.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
