AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 12, Chapter 7, relative to the publications committee.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-219(a), is amended by deleting item (10) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-223(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) State agencies publication committee, created by Section 12-7-101;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
