AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 54-17-109, relative to advertising on scenic highways.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 54-17-109(15)(B)(i), is amended by deleting the following from the "not less than" and "not more than" columns:

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
