AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 49-7-208 and 209, relative to community involvement awards.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 49-7-208 and 49-7-209, are amended by designating the present language of the sections as subsection (a) and by adding to each section a new subsection (b), as follows:

(b) The award shall be known as the "Representative Harold Love Outstanding Community Involvement Award".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
