AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-17-111, relative to application for motor vehicle sales licenses.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-17-111(a)(3), is amended by deleting the word "certified" and inserting after the word "statement" the words "prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles by a certified public accountant or public accountant".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
