AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-5-501, relative to classification of golf club property.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-5-501(3), is amended by adding the following between the word "clubs" and the punctuation ";":

, including golf course playing hole improvements

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
