Substituted for: House Bill No. 977

AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-2-207, relative to the printing of the roster of the board of architectural and engineering examiners.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-2-207(b), is amended by deleting the subsection in its entirety and substituting instead the following:

A roster showing the names and places of business and of residence of all registered architects, engineers, landscape architects and registered interior designers and the name and address of all firms, corporations and partnerships practicing architecture, engineering or landscape architecture or using the title "registered interior designer" in this state shall be printed annually.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
