Substituted for: House Bill No. 434

AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 61, relative to partnerships.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 61-2-603, is amended by deleting in their entirety the second and third sentences of such section.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
