Substituted for: House Bill No. 1705

AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-8-110, relative to student activity fees.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-8-110, is amended by deleting subsections (c) and (f) in their entirety.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
