AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 8-50-115, relative to tuition discounts.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 8-50-115, is amended in subsection (a)(1), by inserting after the words "or whose parent" the words and punctuation "died while employed full-time or".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
