AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 50, Chapter 6, Part 4 and Title 56, relative to workers' compensation insurance and insurers.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-6-221(a), is amended by adding before the period at the end of the subsection the language "in this and all other jurisdictions of the entire injury and all its damages".

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-6-221(b), is amended by adding before the period at the end of the subsection the language "in this and all other jurisdictions of the entire injury and all its damages".

SECTION 3. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-6-221(c)(1), is amended by inserting between the words "employer" and "and" the language "in this and all other jurisdictions of the entire injury and all its damages".

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
