Public Chapter No. 808 of the 105th General Assembly requires each Tennessee municipality and county to post, no later than Jan. 1, 2009, its charter of incorporation on a Web site maintained by the municipality or county or on the Web site maintained by the secretary of state, if the municipality or county does not have or maintain a Web site.
